A+S Collective Designs works with clients on residential renovations, new construction, and complete furnishing projects. Our role is tailored to the needs of each home, but our approach remains consistent: thoughtful planning, close collaboration, and careful attention to every element that shapes the finished interior.

Our most comprehensive service carries a project from early concept through final installation. A+S develops the overall design direction and oversees the many decisions required to create a cohesive home, including space planning, architectural details, material selections, custom millwork, lighting, plumbing, furnishings, textiles, art, and styling.

We collaborate closely with architects, builders, fabricators, and trades throughout the process, helping ensure that the original design intent remains clear from the first presentation through completion.

Renovation + Construction Design

For clients beginning a renovation or addition, A+S provides design leadership during the architectural and construction phases. We review plans and elevations, refine layouts, develop cabinetry and millwork, specify materials and fixtures, and resolve the visual details that give a home its character.

Our involvement is most valuable when it begins early, allowing design decisions to be considered before construction is underway rather than addressed after the fact.

For homes that do not require substantial construction, A+S offers comprehensive furnishing and decoration services. Each room is developed as a complete composition through furniture, custom upholstery, window treatments, rugs, lighting, wallcoverings, art, antiques, and collected objects.

The process includes design development, sourcing, procurement, delivery coordination, installation, and final styling so the completed home feels layered, personal, and fully resolved.

Furnishings + Decoration

Design consultations are available for clients seeking focused guidance before beginning a project or making a defined set of decisions. Consultations may include review of plans, finish selections, furniture layouts, paint direction, or guidance on assembling the appropriate project team.

Should the project require continued involvement, A+S can recommend the most appropriate next phase of service.
